Barry Dixon from the Faith & Victory Church is thrilled with their new multimedia
presentation capabilities! Armed with a Boxlight 3650 projector, a Pentium computer,
an Extron scan converter and a high performance VCR the folks at Faith & Victory
Church in Greenville, North Carolina are experiencing a level of congregational
involvement that was previously unachievable.
Barry heard about the system Quality Sound had installed in the Fayetteville Community
Church from music minister Wesley Pritchard. The results were dramatic Wesley said.
From the balcony mounted booth the technical folks could readily see the difference
the dual 10 by 7.5 foot screens made at Fayetteville Community. Barry Dixon saw the
effect the system had on worship participants first hand at a regional conference hosted
by the church.
Determined to have a similar system on line prior to their summer conferences Barry Dixon
solicited the help of the folks at Quality Sound. In record time (ten days - start
to finish), Quality Sound designed a system to meet the needs at Faith & Victory
Church, negotiated the deal that was acceptable to the board of trustees, ordered in the
required gear, installed the system in Greenville, North Carolina and trained the
operators in how to use the system effectively! Whew, it sounds almost like mission
impossible. But with His help impossible missions are a breeze and all of the
members of the Quality Sound team are happy to have been able to facilitate the effective
dissemination of His word through hard work and exciting technology. Way to go Mick
Gear and Doug Rhynie, co-crew chiefs for this project.
